This is the 2nd time we’ve had the people at Window World of Ocala replace our windows. From our initial consult through the final inspection, everything ran smoothly. Phone calls were answered promptly. The installation team was very friendly. I particularly appreciated the team leader, who kept me appraised of each step, and introduced me to each worker. I’ve never met anyone who took the time to introduce his team. That gave value to the hard workers who assisted. If all my windows weren’t now replaced, I’d call on this company again. My favorite window is in our living room. A huge picture window took the place of the old windows. We love it!!!
