No hassle salesman. We did 3 window replacements at a time for budget reasons. No problem. the whole house has new windows & a few windows now being years later had some discoloration inside the 2 panes or something like that & no problem. They ordered new glass & sent a very nice service tech to replace them

Several windows had funny marks on them. I was told that the seal had broken. Getting them replaced was absolutely painless. All I had to do was give their serial numbers and wait until the new window was made. I got a call that they were ready and they were installed quickly.

Excellent company to do buiness with! They had the BEST PRICE, by far, of the 5 companies that I got prices for on replacing all of my builder-grade windows with new hurricane-resistant units, under the MySafeFLHome Grant Program. Casey was my installer - and was EXCELLENT on all counts. He never slowed down, and worked around my scheduled doctor appointment. Both he and his helper were very professional. Josh was my Sales Rep, and showed up on time - and gave me the best price. Their next closest competitor was DOUBLE!!

Excellent service after the sale! Our window seal broke and all it took was a phone call. I gave them the info and they ordered a replacement. Only about 5 weeks of waiting, and received a call to have them replace it. Technician was professional and nice. Quick install, under 10 minutes! They stand by their product.
