Chose Window World to do my siding because they stood behind the windows they installed. Been having problem with wind and the original siding. They came out on time and replaced the front and then, unsurprising they ran into an area where the original siding was incorrectly installed. That required more material and they had to come back a second time, yes that increased the cost, but I feel confident it's done right thus time and has improved the appearance and security of my home. They explained the issue and wree courteous and cleaned up after themselves Thanks Windoe World!

Since having the windows transferred to us after our home purchase, we’ve had two experiences, 3 yrs apart, that have both been exceptional. The warranty is great and WW is very responsive and prompt when it comes to replacing a faulty window. Service techs have been professional, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend.

Had windows installed about 8 years ago. Love them. During that time have had a couple that needed to be replaced and the local company took care of all issues above and beyond. Everyone we have dealt with go above and beyond to take care of any questions or problems you may have. These windows were an upgrade to our original construction and have paid for themselves in energy savings .

Our experience with Window World was exceptional. From the initial meeting with the sales person through the final post inspection visit, everybody did what they said they were going to do and they showed up on time. I would recommend Window World to anyone who is looking to replace their windows.

We had our whole home replaced with Window World windows several years ago. I am very pleased with their product and outstanding customer service. There have been a few minor issues over the years but they offer a life time warranty on all the windows. Everytime I have called them they have promptly serviced the window with no charge. Always providing world class service.
We recently called because the seal between the window panes on a slider window had broken. WW came out and replaced the entire window, no charge. And as I mentioned before always providing world class customer service!
I would always recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase windows.

Highly Recommend! We recently replace 25 single pane windows with new high efficiency double pane windows from Window World of Ocala! Ours is an older home that we are renovating and after searching for a company with no luck our neighbor recommended them. We were so happy with both the quality of the windows and the great crew that did the install that we told another neighbor about them and now they're getting sliding doors installed at their home!! Both your install team, James from sales and everyone else involved we couldn't be happier.

I bought windows and two sliding glass doors from them which they installed, this was more than ten years ago. Recently my patio door was coming out of the top track, window world came out in less than a week and fixed it for me at no cost. ***** *****

Quality products, definitely not inexpensive, but more reasonable than some others. What was definitely 1st class was the installation. Our installer (Casey) was incredible. We had 13 windows including sliders and expected a crew of 3 or 4 to show up. One installer materialized. Such a craftsman attending to every detail, refraining from easy shortcuts, and making sure everything was perfect. If I owned a business, he would now be working for me. Steve, the original contact, was also very professional and down to earth. His measurements were spot on and our initial appointment with him was obviously very informative and low key. Thank you window world!
